Subscription and refund policy:

Once you have subscribed to mail4kids, you will receive your starter kit and free gift within 3 weeks. Then you will start receiving your collector’s card once a month thereafter. We ship on the third week of the month and your member’s area will be updated with new information shortly after.

You will receive notice of your subscription expiry in time for you to renew with no loss of service.

You may cancel at anytime by calling us at 604 514 9327 Refund policy: you may cancel at any time, by calling our customer service staff at 604 514 9327 Monday to Friday between 9-5 Pacific time. One months notice is requested and all refunds will be pro-rated to reflect the time left in the subscription.
