Mail4kids collects personal information (such as name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and credit card number) for the following purposes:
• To process and mail subscriptions
• To mail subscription renewal notices
• To mail receipts for subscriptions
• To communicate information and promotional offers

Opt-in/Opt-Out
We may also use this information to send you offers, such as an email introducing you to new products from mail4kids. If you do not want to receive these promotional offers, please “opt-out” at the time of placing your order for magazines subscription or other products. If you “opt-in” to receive information, you can change your mind later. Simply contact our privacy officer at the address listed below.

How secure is your information?
The security of your personal information is very important to us! Your information is stored in secure databases and we use Paypal to ensure your credit card and other payment information is protected from tampering and credit card fraud.

How are children protected?
Mail4kids does not require anyone to share personal information about themselves to enjoy the games and activities on our site. (coming soon)

Submitting Artwork
Mail4kids welcomes your photo submissions to be used in our monthly mail service, we ask for the child’s first name and age when submitting the photos. This information is used to credit the photos. We do not store the child’s information.

Emails
We receive many emails from our subscribers every day. We encourage children under the age of 13 to ask a parent’s permission before sending us emails. When possible, emails will be answered by one of our staff members, usually in the form of a “thank-you for writing” letter.

Subscriptions & Online Store
The subscription and store section of our website is intended for use by visitors 18 years of age and older.
